1. How NuPalz Stores Data in Your Browser
NuPalz uses localStorage to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and maintain your game settings. This is browser-based storage that stays on your device and is never sent to third-party servers.
All storage listed on this page is strictly necessary for NuPalz to function. None of it is used for tracking, analytics, or advertising.

3. HTTP Cookies
NuPalz does not set any HTTP cookies for regular users. All authentication is handled through localStorage tokens and Authorization headers.

6. Why We Don't Show a Consent Banner

Because NuPalz uses browser storage exclusively for authentication, functionality, and user-requested features — and does not employ any tracking, analytics, or advertising technologies — no consent banner is legally required.
If we add optional analytics or advertising technologies in the future, we will introduce a consent mechanism and update this page accordingly.
7. Managing Your Storage
You can clear NuPalz data at any time through your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy & Security → Clear browsing data → Cookies and site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
Clearing this data will log you out. Your account data, companions, NuPointz, and game progress are stored on our servers and will not be affected.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as NuPalz evolves. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of NuPalz after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
