1. How NuPalz Stores Data in Your Browser
NuPalz uses localStorage to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and maintain your game settings. This is browser-based storage that stays on your device and is never sent to third-party servers.
Most storage listed on this page is strictly necessary for NuPalz to function. We also use advertising technologies that are described in Section 4 and gated by consent in applicable regions.

3. HTTP Cookies
NuPalz does not set any HTTP cookies for regular users. All authentication is handled through localStorage tokens and Authorization headers.

NuPalz integrates with the following services that may set their own cookies or make network requests:

- No cross-site tracking beyond the advertising measurement described above
- No fingerprinting or device identification beyond authentication
- No session replay, keystroke logging, or mouse tracking
6. Consent Banner
If you are visiting from the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, a consent banner will appear on your first visit. Advertising scripts (Google Ads, AdSense, and Google Publisher Tag) will only load if you click "Accept." If you decline, no advertising-related scripts or cookies are set.
Visitors from other regions do not see a consent banner, and advertising scripts load automatically. All other storage on this page (authentication, preferences, game settings) is strictly necessary and does not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive.
7. Managing Your Storage
You can clear NuPalz data at any time through your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy & Security → Clear browsing data → Cookies and site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
Clearing this data will log you out. Your account data, palz, NuPointz, and game progress are stored on our servers and will not be affected.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as NuPalz evolves. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of NuPalz after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
