April 2026 Update: Introducing Gemz Currency and Full Odds Disclosure

Today we're rolling out two changes that fundamentally improve fairness and transparency across NuPalz's chance-based games. A brand-new currency called Gemz replaces Premium Points in all games that involve randomized outcomes, and every chance-based game now shows its full probability tables. Here's what changed, why we did it, and what it means for you.

Introducing Gemz

Gemz is NuPalz's newest currency — and it works differently from anything we've had before. Unlike NP (which you earn through games) or PP (which can be purchased), Gemz can only be earned through gameplay. There is no way to buy Gemz with real money. Period.

New Currency
How to Earn Gemz

You'll see your Gemz balance in the site header alongside NP and PP. Gemz have their own transaction history, so you can track exactly where each one came from and where it went.

Currency Swap: PP Removed from Chance Games

Three games that previously used Premium Points now use Gemz instead. The game mechanics, payout math, and aesthetics are all unchanged — only the currency that goes in and comes out has switched.

Game Before After What Changed
Premium Slotz PP bets & payouts Gemz bets & payouts Currency only; same symbols, paylines, and mechanics
Gacha Capsules 5 PP capsule tiers 5 Gemz tiers (Budget, Standard, Elite, Deluxe, Ultimate) Currency and tier names; same items, odds, and weights
Peg Drop NP/PP toggle NP/Gemz toggle Currency toggle; same multipliers and payout math

PP isn't going away. Premium Points still work exactly as before for direct item purchases, AI companion chats, and other non-chance features. The change only affects games where outcomes are randomized.

Why This Matters

By removing purchasable currency from all chance-based games, every spin, pull, and drop in NuPalz is now funded entirely by gameplay effort. No one can pay real money to get more tries at randomized outcomes. The playing field is level.

Full Odds Disclosure

Transparency matters. Starting today, all five chance-based games in NuPalz display their complete probability tables. You can see exactly what your chances are before you play.

Transparency
What Each Game Now Shows

Every number in these tables is pulled directly from the game's backend logic. If the game says a symbol has a 2.3% hit rate, that's the actual weight in the code. No rounding, no approximation, no marketing language. Just the math.

Additional Fixes and Improvements

This update also included a comprehensive platform audit that addressed several quality improvements:

What This Means for You

If you play chance-based games, start building your Gemz reserve through raids, boss battles, and login streaks. Your PP balance is unaffected — it just won't be used in games with randomized outcomes anymore.

If you're curious about odds, hit the "View Odds" button in any chance-based game. We believe knowing the math makes the games more interesting, not less. Understanding probabilities is a skill that applies to real life too.

These changes reflect a simple principle: in NuPalz, effort should determine access, and transparency should be the default. We're committed to building a platform where fairness isn't a marketing promise — it's something you can verify yourself.
